Stolen continued

I was just reading another photographer's blog tonight who I admire and love her work. Apparently her work has been stolen along the same lines as mine though hers seems a little more severe, you can read about it here: http://www.lifeinmotionphotography.com/photoblog/?p=2379 . Apparently I'm not the only one who has had to deal with this and if you are that someone that enjoys stealing pictures from artists who work hard for what they do, then I say along with her, YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE! It's not fair that we work so hard for what we do and someone comes along to steal it, claim it - it's really low. There's only so much we can do to protect our work and I know how much I love sharing it. Don't ruin it.

Hi Melissa, I'm another stalker of your work - but in an admiring way... A friend of mine knew your parents when they lived in Texas and showed me your site a while back and I think you are amazing!! I am so sorry to hear that you're having to deal with this mess. I guess I just don't even understand what happened exactly. I read what happened to your friend - I can't believe the nerve of those people! I'm just starting out in my photography career and am interested in how to prevent this from happening in the future. It's so hard, like you said, when so much of our work and business revolves around the internet, but how dangerous it can be on the downside. Good luck with dealing with this situation, I wish you the best!
