Coming in July
As most of you know I am obsessed with Harry Potter and the obsession is about to grow. In 106 days 13 hours and 40 minutes the next Movie, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix comes out in theaters on July 13th.

I finally got around to learning how to make Clara a tutu. I had a fun shopping spree today buying new props for my photography and of course poor Clara has to be my model. She is getting kinda tired of it because now she doesn't even look at me. She's still really cute though and with Robert's help I got her to smile in a couple.

Last night Clara and I got to go to Disney's Princess Wishes on Ice. It was so fun!! We went with my nieces & Karla and my friend Staci and her little girl. These things really aren't just for little kids, we all loved it. Clara's favorite part was the seven dwarfs. Her face light up with the biggest smile when they started skating around. She really enjoyed it and when someone sat in front of her she would lean over just to see the show. We really had a great time and the skaters are amazing. It takes me back to when I was a younging, I dreamed of being a ice skater.... that could have been me.... it could have been me..... :)

Today Clara and I got to watch Tyler, Sydney, and Kallyn. They are the funnest kids!! We went to the park since it was such a beautiful day and they just do the funniest things. Tyler was walking by and saw some workers paving a new side walk and he yells "YOU GUYS ARE DOING A GREAT JOB!" They just kind of looked at him funny but he was just trying to be nice! They have the best imaginations! Tyler was being a dragon in a castle and Kallyn was being a mean witch. Then for St. Patrick's Day we played "Find St. Patrick" (a deviation of Hide n Seek) .Clara loves watching them and they love playing with her. I sure love those kids.

My beautiful sister Michelle - I love her so much. I miss her too. She doesn't live that far away but unfortunately we don't see each other enough. She's a great person and so nice. It was so cute to see Clara smile at her and give her hugs and let her snuggle with her. I would gladly take more pictures of her any day.

The last day of our vacation was a half day. I went to the temple early with Kristal to help her photograph a wedding. It was so fun! I love weddings!! We both wanted to get married again... of course to the same person... I'm really glad she let me help her, I really like the experience. The temple there is so pretty. Arizona really isn't a bad place, just hot... and in the middle of a desert... but all in all not bad.

The last full day of our vacation Jason and Kamryn took us to an Ostrich Festival is Chandler. I would have to say I have never been to one but it was fun. The best part was watching Jason and Robert attempt to ride a mechanical bull. They both did really good but were walking funny the rest of the day. There was also this awesome little dog at the Dog Show that was catching frisbees like a mad dog, it was awesome (and that is saying a lot because I don't like dogs)!! There were a lot of carnival type rides but we didn't go on any we went to watch the main even of the show... the ostrich races!!! Those were funny. I didn't know you could ride an ostrich, apparently you can't do it for long because they all fell off. Good effort though. After that we took a trip to the famous In N Out burger joint. I have to say it is pretty good. It was sad to see our vacation end. I could have easily stayed there another week. But alas, all good things come to an end. It was a great vacation.

On Thursday our friends took us up to Sedona - the red rocks. It was beautiful!! God's creations really are amazing. The day was so bright and sunny but the temperature was just right. We took a hike down to a place called Slide Rock. It was a little too cold for us to actually get into the water ... well, for the adults... but it was a beautiful hike. It would be a fun place to visit during the summer. We will definitely have to plan another trip.
