Counting on you!

Or should i say Apple Store. Yesterday Apple came out with their new operating system and we had to go to the release party at their store. It was kind of like when book 7 of Harry Potter came out but dare I say a lot nerdier. I just went for the free t-shirt. Robert loves everything about Macs and said he even had a hard time sleeping the night before because he was so excited about it. How cute is that? He had even pre-ordered the operating system and got it yesterday morning but still wanted to go to the party and be with his fellow enthusiasts. Or maybe he just went for the free t-shirt too.

Poor little newborns, they think life is so harsh, little do they know. This is Larissa's sweet Leilani. Don't let these pictures foul you, she looks kind of chubby in these pictures but she is the tiniest little thing ever. Unfortunately she wasn't very happy though I was able to catch a few between screams. We'll take some more in a couple weeks when she gets adjusted to this cruel world. Congrats Larissa and Dayne!

I helped my friend Destiny photograph a wedding this weekend. It was a unique one though because the newly weds were grandparents! It was still fun, very small and personal wedding at a beautiful location. I really do love photographing weddings, some more than others, but there's just something special about them. I guess it goes to show it's never too late for love.

Yesterday was really warm but today I wake up and it is cold and rainy! I LOVE IT! After it stopped raining, Clara and I got all bundled up to enjoy the cold weather. I really hope it sticks around. It also gave me an opportunity for Clara to enjoy her new fall wardrobe without having to sweat from pretending it was fall :)

Well it's about time I posted something new on this blog! I've been playing catch up all week that I have neglected to post! I have so many wonderful pictures from New York but not wanting to bore anyone, I have selected some of my favorites. Every time I go up there I love it more and more. Upstate New York is the most glorious places ever especially in the fall. It has such a historical and slow paced feel you can't go there without feeling relaxed. Even with all the hectic party planning and late nights shooting muffins, I still felt relaxed. My most favorite part about New York, besides my wonderful grandparent's being up there and the extensive family history we have, the best part is being a couple miles away from the glorious place where the birth place of my faith resides. How can you not come back feeling better about life when you get to visit the Sacred Grove? I have renewed desire to be better, to pray harder and to serve more. I know the church is true. Here are some fun pictures from my trip. And a note to my family, I will have ALL of these ready for you guys by the end of this week, hopefully sooner!
