Well, I'm headed off to Colorado tomorrow with my family minus Robert. My little sister is going back to BYU - too soon if you ask me - and I am tagging along on the adventure. Our family loves to camp so they are taking a week long hiatus in Colorado in route to Utah. So enjoy the freshly posted pictures, leave lots of comments, and miss me terribly!!! I'll have TONS to post when I get back and hopefully be able to get everyone's sessions posted on my website. Thanks for your patience.

Big Brother

While doing the beautiful ballerina's pictures I snapped a couple of her big brother G. I love these kids, they are so stickin' cute!! I tried to avoid the "constipated-second-grader" look for you Christine :)

Ballerina

How cute is she??? This is my adorable cousin who makes the most adorable ballerina. I'm so glad I got to take her pictures & make her pink tutu!! Her giggles were so cute when the tutu would blow in the wind. I also have pics of her brother but it's late and I'm going to bed now and savor the sweetness that is little Miss M. Maybe I'll dream of sugar plum fairies dancing in my head.... mmmmm sugar plums......

Poster Girl

Miss E. was nice enough to let me take pictures of her because she is so beautiful and I needed some more "senior" models. She was such a joy to work with and was such a natural too. I could seriously take pictures of her all day. Thanks for doing this for me!!

Ready For Christmas

Ready For Fall

I have an obsession with shopping and since I really don't like shopping for myself anymore, it has become an obsession for me to buy Clara clothes. I love making her cute and fashionable. My mom told me when I was young I used to change my clothes 2 or 3 times a day... which I still do now but it's always into my pajamas... but I do the same thing to Clara now. This last time it was Grandma who bought her clothes though, she fuels my obsession, but you have to admit, Clara has to be the cutest little girl ever!!

3 of a Kind

Another adorable session with 3 adorable kids!! I love the 2 oldest kids and now there's another to add to the mix of sweetness. I'm sad to see you guys go, we'll miss you!!

2 Months

I had the pleasure of photographing this sweet little guy. He was so cooperative, probably the most out of any babies I've done. He was my first sleeper too, those are the easiest babies to photograph. I hope you love them.

Beat The Heat

The past week or 2 have been the hottest weeks ever! Sometimes I think Texas isn't so bad but heat like this really makes me hate it. The humidity is unbearable sometimes. I feel the best cure for the heat is either a dip in the pool or ice cream.... of course I always go for the sugar. So one nice, hot evening, Robert, Clara and I sat outside by the pool eating a cold, delicious treat. Then we dipped Clara in the pool.

Family

My best friend's in-laws - what a good looking bunch of people. Their awesome oldest daughter is getting ready to go to BYU-Hawaii so Larissa decided I needed to do their family pictures. They were a fun family. Here's a preview for ya Lar. You don't stick out too much :)

Piggies

Her hair is finally getting long enough for me to play with. They don't stay long but she was so distracted by trying to get her shoes off she didn't notice her hair.

Party

Clara's first birthday bash was this past Saturday! It was a killer time! Most of her aunts, uncles, and cousins came, grandmas, grandpas, great grandmas and grandpa, and some friends all came to celebrate. She really had no idea what was going on especially when we kept shoving presents in her face and then trying to make her eat her cake. I've ruined my poor baby, I'm too clean of an eater and I never let her get too dirty so she freaked out when she couldn't get it off her hands. There were plenty of people there to help her finish her cake off though. She got some great toys and of course for mom's sake a lot of cute clothes. She's one styling baby. She probably wont have a party like that for a really long time.
